What Services Do You Offer?
We can purchase items from Auction sites and websites, join your favorite band's/artist's Fan Club, acquire event tickets and purchase pretty much anything else you could ever want from Japan!!

What Information Do You Need?
Please send an email to visualxjrock@gmail.com with the following information:
Item's URL
Maximum Bid Price
Quantity/Size/Color or any other applicable information
Your Full Name & Shipping Address
If you want to purchase multiple items at once, you can send all of the links and information in the same email. Please include the details for EACH item you wish to purchase.
Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation email and information regarding the details of your deposit. Deposits must be received before we will bid or purchase your item(s).
We also require that all of our customers read our User Agreement and Disclaimer.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and Credit Card. Please be advised that each invoice we send to you will have an additional 5.0% added to cover PayPal fees. You can avoid paying this fee by sending us a Family/Friends Payment, instead of a Goods/Services payment.

What If I Do Not Win An Item Or It Is No Longer Available?
If we are outbid or an item sells out before we can purchase it, we can send you a refund or you can request that we hold the money for future purchases.
Do Sellers Combine Shipping Costs?
If you buy multiple items from the same seller that end during the same 24 hour period, most sellers will combine the costs. Please be advised that some sellers charge a shipping cost per item (as opposed to per shipment) so this can be very costly at times.
How Long Will It Take To Arrive At Your Office?
The average arrival time is 5~7 days. Some sellers and stores have specific shipping days, so the wait may be slightly longer.
Will You Translate A Description For Me?
You can use an online translator to get a general idea, but if you are unsure of something, please feel free to ask us!!
Will You Ask The Seller/Store A Question?
Absolutely!! Please email us with your questions.
Are There Counterfeit Items On Auction Sites?
Though it is a rare occurrence, yes, there are some counterfeit items. The most common items are anime goods from sellers outside of Japan. If you feel unsure about an item's authenticity, please message us and we will check into it for you. However, though we are very familiar with most types of anime and music goods, we cannot guarantee an item's authenticity!!

Can You Join An Artist's FC?
Yes. Please see our Fees Page

Can You Purchase Event Tickets?
Yes. We can purchase tickets for all sorts of events!!
Can You Purchase Tickets For FC-Only Events?
This varies on a case-by-case basis. Some events require photo ID and proof of membership while other venues do not mind as long as you have a ticket.
Can You Buy Fukubukuro (Lucky Packs)?
Yes we can and the more notice we have, the better!!
Can You Buy Live Event Goods?
If the show is near us (Greater Osaka area) and does not require a concert ticket for purchasing goods, then this may be possible. This is completely up to the discretion and personal schedule of Yoshito, our Japan manager. Please contact us

Will You Purchase Adult Items For Me?
Yes, depending on the nature of the item. You must be of the age of majority in your country/jurisdiction and we will absolutely NOT sell adult items to minors.
Shipping And Payment
What Shipping Methods Are Offered?
We ship via Japan Post and offer SAL, Airmail and EMS. Please see our Fees Page
for average transit times and services we offer.
What About Customs and Other Fees?
All shipments may be subject to customs/duty/import fees and you, the customer, are responsible for paying them. We mark shipments as a “Gift” and will declare a lower value, if requested.
What If My Package Is Damaged Or Lost In Transit?
We recommend purchasing additional Insurance for all shipments, especially if your items total 10000yen or more. If you have purchased Insurance, and your item is lost, VJR will personally handle the refund process. Please contact us for more information regarding this service.
Are There Any Items That Cannot Be Shipped?
The most common restricted items are lighters, flammable items, and items with lithium batteries. Certain countries also prohibit various items so please make sure you'll be able to receive the item prior to requesting it as we will not be able to refund any money paid towards an item (including fees) if it is seized by customs!!
What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?

How Long Do I Have To Pay For My Items?
We must receive your deposit before we will purchase or bid on your items. After we successfully purchase your item and have received it at our office in Japan, we will bill you for any other remaining amount owed.
Payment needs to be received within three days of receipt of the invoice, unless prior arrangements have been made.
